. . . The Connecticut Corpse Caper is, actually. Hi, it’s JJ today.
Today, through May 12th, you can get our first unofficial “case” for free.
In Corpse, my cousin Rey and I meet up again (we’d not seen each other in years) at a week-long stay at our eccentric Aunt Mat’s haunted antebellum mansion. Linda, Rey’s BFF, is along for the ride, as is my beau, Adwin.
We, with a few other guests, have to stay the seven-day course; if anyone leaves early, his/her portion of the inheritance is put into the pot for the others to share. Someone bows out—permanently—not a few hours after arrival. Soon, more guests drop.
It’s creepy enough staying in the old eerie mansion with weird sounds and dark winding hidden passageways, a resident ghost and bizarre happenings, but a nasty storm is rapidly approaching, threatening to take down power lines. Before there are more victims, we don amateur sleuthing caps and determine to find the killer.
