Jina is a fellow blogger and writer (among other exciting roles) who also organizes book-blog tours. In fact, she’s launching one for me, beginning December 1st, for the second mystery in the Triple Threat Investigation Agency series, Can You Hula Like Hilo Hattie?
“There is no boundary I can’t cross, no limit I can’t push; my mind is my passport, my thoughts my mode of transportation.”
Having had an opportunity to get to know Jina, I have to say that this dynamic statement fits her to a T . . . so much so, I felt compelled to do a tribute post, an interview as it were.

How long have you been organizing book blog tours? How did you get into them? And what inspires you to do them?
Well, it all started at the beginning of the year when I was considering doing a tour for my own debut novel. I read, researched and re-read how to go about organizing a book tour. At the time I was scrambling to meet deadlines, so the amount of work and the time necessary to do it properly lost me. A few months later I wanted to help a friend promote her newly released book, so I helped her organize a tour – I already had a notion of how to go about it, and I already knew some bloggers who hosted tours.
To be honest, I’ve only done it twice, and I’m only trying to help others promote. It’s not really a hobby, there’s really no motive besides being helpful.
Please enlighten us about your current Roxanne Fosch books—where did you get the idea? Where are you at now?
The idea for Roxanne’s story developed slowly. There was no wake-up call moment or a dream-induced plot for me. I’m a pantser, so I can’t say I plan ahead, though when I started, I knew who my heroine was, I had a vague notion of what would happen, and I knew how I wanted the ending to go.
Heir of Ashes, the first installment, was just re-published by Creativia Publishers, and Heir of Doom, the second installment, is in the copy-editing stage (thank you, Tyler, for taking up with my illiteracy), and Heir of Fury, the final installment, is currently being drafted. There’s a novella on how Roxanne came to be in the mess she is in, called The Curse (available for free on Smashwords here: https://www.smashwords.com/books/view/797038
What are you planning, going forward?
Going forward . . . well, my first attempt at writing a few years ago resulted in a shudder worthy, hand-to-mouth mortifying experience. That trilogy is buried somewhere in a USB memory drive, and I plan to pick it up and use it as an outline for the next trilogy. I also have a complete draft for a romantic suspense that I want to tackle – probably before the embarrassing trilogy, since it’s a stand alone. But it’ll all depend on my mood and if I want to work on fantasy or straight fiction.
But yes, going forward, I plan to keep writing, blogging, baking and continue on the crazy-lane with my kids.

Kudos to Jina. She has lots on her [vast] plate—and I have no doubt she’ll accomplish all she sets out to.
Make sure to check out her book Heir of Ashes (and Heir of Doom, when it’s available). You can visit Jina’s blog and learn more about her at: https://authorsinspirations.wordpress.com.
Thanks Jina!
I’m as bizarre as they come, Tyler, you’re just too polite to say it out loud.
And thanks very much for your vote of confidence and for inviting me here, it was a pleasure.

Nothing wrong with being bizarre . . . LOL . . . in fact, it’s quite refreshing from normal (whatever that truly is).
